A couple of weeks ago, some friends and I were incredibly lucky to spend an afternoon in old town krakow. The morning started off in the suburb of Solvay, touring the John paul II shrine and Divine Mercy Shrine, which happen to be just a short walk from each other.
After enjoying the view from the lookout tower, we hoped in the car and drove a short distance into old town, just as school was getting out for the day.

Checking out the automatic holy water dispenser, first time ever seeing one!
Upon arriving in Old Town, we walked straight up the path to the castle to check out Wawel Cathedral before it closed for the day. While pictures are not allowed inside it was a beautiful experience being able to spend time in the adoration chapel that I used to frequent between classes freshman year!

After Wawel, we collected our bags and walked into the Rynek which was where our Airbnb was located. After checking in for the evening, we were able to sneak into Dominikanski right as the priests were conducting their evening vespers! It was the most perfect way to end a wonderful day in the city of churches.
